About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lonely or depressed? Having relationship difficulties, just separated from your partner or coping with the loss of a loved one? Maybe you need someone to talk to to explore your feelings and help you come to terms with a difficult situation. Let's work together to make sense of what's happening in your life and unravel any unconscious attitudes or patterns of thinking and behaviour that maybe holding you back.

The first session lasts 1 ½ hours so that we can meet and talk about the issues troubling you. The cost is the same as a normal 50 minute session. If we feel comfortable about working together we can book further sessions on a weekly basis.

Individuals Counselling from £80.00
